MORNSUN G/H series 1–2 W medical DC/DC converter

MORNSUN’s G/ H series 1–2 W DC/DC converter meets medical design standard EN60601-1 and ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 3rd Edition (1xMOPP/2xMOOP).

Creepage and clearance of the module’s transformer are 5 mm, and 5.5 mm for PCB. The isolation voltage of the module is 4200 VAC (6000 VDC), which is 40% higher than standard voltage (3000 VAC) of 2xMOOP. Patient leakage current is less than 2 μA, which ensures the patient’s safety. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.

The series operates at a high efficiency of up to 84% to save energy effectively. It has compact dimensions of SIP7 (19.5 x 9.8 x 12.5 mm) and provides an input voltage range of 5 to 24 VDC and 5, 12, 15, ±5, ±9, ±12 and ±15 VDC output voltages. It is not only suitable for medical applications, but also others such as power grids and IGBT drivers.
