Linear Technology has introduced the LT6654, a SOT23 series voltage reference designed specifically for precision operation from -40 to 125°C.
This reference combines 0.05% initial accuracy, 10 ppm temperature drift and low frequency noise of 1.6 ppm. The device can operate on a supply of 100 mV above the output, and it maintains a line regulation error of 5 ppm/V on a supply voltage up to 36.
The buffered output enables source or sink capability up to 10 mA and limits load regulation error to 8 ppm/mA.
In addition, the sink capability allows the reference to operate as a negative voltage reference without compromising precision.
