Phihong has developed a series of 18 W, universal, 3-wire input, desktop adapters featuring IEC320 C14 inlet receptacles.
The series, designated the PSAA18U, includes single 9, 12, 15 and 24 V models, all of which meet the performance requirements for Level V Energy Star efficiency.
Suitable for access devices, portable equipment, peripherals and network hubs, the low-profile adapters are supplied with non-vented, spill-proof cases and feature overvoltage and overcurrent protection with auto restart, short-circuit protection and Class B EMI. Energy-efficient features include a minimum average operating efficiency of 80.3% and a maximum no-load power consumption of 0.3 W.
