Avalue ECM-SKLH, EBM-SKLU and ESM-SKLH embedded computing boards

Avalue has unveiled three embedded computing boards based on the sixth-generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors and latest Xeon processors. The range comprises the 3.5″ micro module ECM-SKLH, the 5.25″ mini module EBM-SKLU and the computer-on-modules ESM-SKLH.

I/O for the ECM-SKLH includes 2 x USB 2.0, 4 x USB 3.0, 2 x SATA III, 1 x RS232/422/485, 1 x RS232, 1 x 8-bit GPIO, 1 x LPC and 1 x SPI. The product is suitable for applications in portable equipment, industrial HMIs, security and surveillance, digital signage, retail, medical and in-vehicle infotainment.

I/O for the EBM-SKLU includes 4 x USB 2.0, 4 x USB 3.0, 1 x SATA II, 2 x RS232/422/485, 4 x RS232, 1 x SIM card slot, 1 x 16-bit GPIO, 1 x LPC and 1 x SPI. The board is designed to fulfil the needs of the following markets: kiosk interactive signage, automation heavy industry, ticketing self-service and public information digital signage.

I/O for the ESM-SKLH includes 8 x USB 2.0, 4 x USB 3.0, 4 x SATA III, 2 x UART, 1 x 8-bit GPIO, 1 x SMBus, 1 x LPC and 1 x I2C. Applications include digital signage, thin client, ATM, smart kiosk, SMB storage appliances, surveillance and gaming.
