Software for any EMC Test

EMC test software should not dictate how tests should be run.

Every product needs to be tested in very specific ways. 'EMC Compliance 3' software, while possessing many predefined test sequences, is also flexible, in that the user can create any test script required.

The software has the flexibility to perform any kind of EMC test, in any industry, with any type of equipment in accordance with all standards.

Standard tests are included that can be run without complex configuration or setup procedures.

The user can select from the pre-installed list of tests, insert details such as frequency range, number of peaks to be listed and other graphical conditions and run the test.

The use of a new and creative approach has resulted in a software package capable of being adapted to test situations, whether automotive, military, telecommunications or the more common commercial EMC environment.

Complex sequences of events can be created by assembling either embedded routines or by building simple routines that can then be used as subroutines.

In this way, any test can be performed including pauses for user intervention, loops and conditional tests.

Full auto routing ensures that elements can be moved without losing the contextual sequence and this, combined with testing during compilation, ensures that all sequences are fully operational before saving.

The software has been designed to provide a single platform for use in all RF emission and immunity test systems both conducted and radiated.

The software will also interface to any other additional equipment required for EUT monitoring or control as well as mast and turntable controllers.
