Interworld Electronics has announced the Kontron NEMA sealed small footprint keyboard with hulapoint.

It comes with a NEMA 4, 4x, and 12 rated enclosures employing an ABS-polycarbonate plastic case made of industrial silicone rubber.

It has protection against circulating dust, falling dirt and dripping non-corrosive liquids, which makes it suitable for factory floors and other industrial applications. It is 100% humidity resistant with a life greater than 10 million cycles.

As well as environment protection, the KB8HP offers the full functionality of a 104 keyboard with an integrated hulapoint pointing device.

To optimise the use of shortcuts, this model provides 24 function keys. The KB8HP also allows the user quick access to the operating system with its Windows.

The footprints can be removed, and the whole keyboard can be rack draw mountable.
