Power quality analysers

OBIAT, Australian distributor for HT Italia of Italy, has released two power quality analysers, PQA823 and PQA824.

The analysers work on the Windows CE platform, drive external memory devices such as USB pens and flash memories.

They use colour touch screen technology with many powerful features. The power analysers can record and store the values of all of the selected parameters at the same time.

The analysers include: 4 current and 5 voltage inputs to measure phase and neutral currents phase to phase, phase to neutral and phase to ground voltages power factors active, reactive and apparent power (global and single phase) current and voltage harmonics up to the 49th order voltage anomalies and voltage spikes (PQA824 only).

They also feature: flicker unbalance inrush currents colour display with touch screen and backlight help on line 16 Mbyte internal memory and rechargeable batteries with mains adapter to power the instrument and recharge the batteries at the same time.

A USB port enables data to be downloaded to a laptop or PC, the USB port drives external items such as pen memories, bluetooth adapter etc, and it has a compact flash memory socket.
