EAO has added a 16-key PIN-entry keypad to its product range.

Highly resistant to impact (IK 09), the keypad is suitable for ATMs, PIN-entry terminals, fuel pumps, ticket-issuing machines and other self-service, speed-payment systems.

It features four double-sized keys for functions such as 'enter', cancel', 'info' and 'clear'. All characters on the single and double keys are laser marked, which means it is possible to customise the layout of the keypad to adapt it to the country where it will be used.

As well as the front plate, the all-metal grid and anti-pull-off keys are robust and vandal resistant as they are made of bead blasted stainless steel. Each key offers a long service life of more than two million operations within a temperature range of -30 to +70°C.
