Varian has launched its range of DRAs (diffuse reflectance accessories) to complement the capabilities of its 4000-6000i series spectrophotometers.
The DRAs are available as internal or external components and come in three different models to extend the flexibility of the specific base instruments.
DRAs employ an integrating sphere and a highly reflective internal coating material to detect the transmission and reflection of radiation from a sample.
