Avian Technologies has introduced FluoriFilm that has a high diffuse reflectance (up to 98.5%) in a flexible format that is suitable for use on all backlit devices, including LCDs for mobile phones and GPS devices and computer flat panel displays.
The substance is currently offered in three thicknesses. The thinnest material is the mostly highly reflective. The thicker films offer better physical strength at a slight loss in reflectance.
It is offered in either roll or sheet format, with or without a self-adhesive backing.
