Networking and connectivity products manufacturer D-Link has announced a series of free channel-based technical workshops and certification training programs start from July across Australia.
To kick-start the series is a switch technical workshop, designed to educate delegates about the company's switching products, including their features, functions and configurations.
The course will consist of technology summaries, product introduction and overview, and hands-on application via lab exercises. Delegates will learn how to set up and configure D-Link switches for various network topologies, explore different operating modes, perform various tasks such as setting up VLANs and configuring routing, and gain the experience to design and troubleshoot the D-Link switching product line.
"D-Link's switch workshop is aimed to achieve the highest level of technical knowledge and expertise across a broad range of switching technologies, and internetworking these topologies, with new or existing networks," said Maurice Famularo, marketing director of D-Link Australia & New Zealand.
The course is targeted at channel partners and resellers who are responsible for selling, recommending, installing and supporting of D-Link switching products.
