NetComm purchases Mike Boorne Electronics

NetComm has acquired the assets of Mike Boorne Electronics for $1.5 million in shares and options.
The Mike Boorne Electronics business, will expand the reach of NetComm products into Dick Smith and Tandy stores in addition to Dick Smith Powerhouse stores.
