Motorola/Siemens talks over

Talks between Motorola and Siemens regarding merging their wireless operations have broken down, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Lothar Pauly, chief operating officer of the Siemens mobile unit, has just announced the breakdown in talks to representatives of the company's worker unions and added that the company has held talks with several companies although the Motorola talks were the most intense.
