Electrostatic voltmeter wins award
TREK has received the 2007 EuroAsia IC Industry Award. The company's Infinitron, an electrostatic voltmeter, won in the category of "Yield Management — Best Process' during award ceremonies held in San Francisco, California (USA).
The awards celebrate innovation and best practice in an industry where technical achievement is expected and every decision and idea is a potential breakthrough.
IC (integrated circuit) manufacturing relies on a wide range of companies and services to achieve the remarkable technical achievements that drive the semiconductor industry forward. The awards focus on the people, processes and products that contribute to that advancement.
After nomination forms are submitted by companies, institutes and individuals, the award committee evaluates the submissions and creates a short list of candidates in each award category.
The final award recipients are decided by online voting, with votes cast by nominee peers in the industry.
