Analog Devices Acquires Signal Processing Associates

Analog Devices has announced that it has acquired Signal Processing Associates, (SPA) Australia, a developer and supplier of voice processing and fax/data relay software for telecommunications applications.
"This acquisition puts Analog Devices in a ... position to offer a comprehensive set of solutions to the emerging voice over DSL, voice over cable, and voice over fibre markets" said Phil Davies, Director, Embedded DSP Group.
