Alstom appointed Australian distributor for Ferraz Shawmut

Alstom has been appointed as the Australian distributor for the recently formed Ferraz Shawmut. The company will offer both Gould Shawmut and Ferraz, including the union of two fuse brands.
Ferraz is a supplier of ultrarapid fuses for the protection of semiconductors and special purpose fuses for heavy and light rail traction applications.
Gould Shawmut manufactures a broad range of circuit protection fuses.
Alstom will be responsible for the sales, marketing and technical support for the range of Ferraz Shawmut products.
