AEEMA represented in Singapore
Saturday, 09 July, 2005
Singapore-based Sydney Innovation Technology Centre (ITC) has signed an agency agreement with the Australian Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (AEEMA) for representation in Singapore and joint promotion across ASEAN countries.
The Sydney ITC is now working with the Association of Telecommunications Industry Singapore (ATIS), a local industry association and is discussing mutually beneficial activities between Singapore and Australia through a proposed MOU with AEEMA.
ATIS has subsequently invited AEEMA to be represented at the upcoming Asian Telecommunications Industry Exchange (ATIE) conference in Taipei to be hosted by the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (TEEMA), an organisation closely linked to AEEMA.
ATIE is a coordinating organisation which currently has seven regional members including Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
