Nextech DTW torque tester series

Nextech has released the DTW series torque tester. The instrument is versatile and can be used with both manual and power torque tools such as torque drive, electric torque screwdrivers and a torque wrench. It covers the largest capacity range of any Nextech model - 0.5 to 1500 Nm. It is designed for a single transducer operation and a torque sensor diagnostic feature is included.

With an accuracy of 0.5%, it is suitable for testing mechanical torque tools, which generally have accuracy of between 3-6%. It is printer ready through a RS232 cable and software and cable are available for ordering to download memory and data analysis.

A run-down adapter is available for simulation of powered tool operation.

Features include: analog bar, auto reset, auto zero; up to five units of display; peak, first peak and track mode; rechargeable battery; easy mounting of transducer, either horizontally or vertically; various capacity of run-down adapters available for testing tools.
