National Instruments PXIe-5630 vector network analyser
The PXIe-5630 is a 6 GHz, two-port vector network analyser with support for vector measurements of transmission and reflection coefficients, which are also represented as the forward S-parameters S11 and S21.
The 10 MHz to 6 GHz frequency range, a wide dynamic range of greater than 100 dB and sweep speeds of less than 400 µs/point over 3201 points make the analyser suitable for automated design validation and production test.
It provides flexibility in a small form factor. With a mature feature set, including automatic precision calibration, full vector analysis and reference plane extensions, it offers a vector network analysis solution for validation and production operations without the high costs and large footprints associated with a traditional benchtop VNA.
The LabVIEW API is optimised for parallel test using a single controller with multiple VNAs for multisite test operations. In addition, with the open PXI platform, it can integrate additional RF or mixed-signal I/O instruments into a test system.
