Lab quality performance with deep memory

Users who measure signals for R&D, manufacturing or fault finding will already know that newer designs often have a mix of signals, meaning the user needs to capture and compare multiple cycles of digital and analog.

To do this accurately a tool like the Agilent 6104A that has more resolution and memory than a traditional DSO is needed.

The 6104A uses MegaZoom with up to 8 Mpts of deep memory. Allowing the user to correlate high-speed digital control signals with slower analog signals, capture infrequent events and zoom in to define problems. It’s constant, fast and reliable, capturing critical signals with up to 4 GSa sample rates.

Features include:

  • 4 analog and 16 logic channels;
  • 100,000 waveforms/s with 256 levels intensity;
  • 8-digit frequency counter;
  • Triggering with video, HDTV, I2C, SPI, LIN, CAN, and USB;
  • FFT analysis.

TechRentals offers the Agilent 6104A for short- or long-term rental.
