In-home display (IHD) testing for the VEET Scheme

Comtest offers full VEET testing of in-home displays (IHD) to the latest Explanatory Note as released by the Essential Services Commission of the Victorian Government. The company can test with the most common smart meters distributed in Victoria with different certified NIC cards fitted and the testing can be performed on most IHDs including ZigBee, Current Transformer and other non-ZigBee types.

The company also provides full VEET laboratory testing of standby power controllers (SPC) to the latest requirements of the Victorian Government. Key to this testing, the company offers a large variety of Master devices to be used with this assessment.

Comtest also provides a preliminary testing service for IHDs and SPCs to assist with determining the status of product compliance to the VEET requirements. The company provides access to its test facilities to assist with product development for both IHDs and SPCs.

These two options are available on an hourly or daily fee basis.

All testing is performed at the company's South Melbourne facility.
