Ground integrity meter

Friday, 17 April, 2009 | Supplied by: 3M Australia Pty Ltd

Ground Pro has features designed to verify grounding parameters in any facility.

It measures ground impedance in accordance with ANSI6.1 and ANSI/ESDAS.20.20 standards.

One of the key features of the instrument is its data integrity that provides accurate measurements of ground impedance when ground noise is present.

To maximise precision, the device measures impedance down to milliohms and automatically cancels impedance of test leads so that even milliohm values can be read accurately.

It also measures AC and DC voltage on the ground while separately measuring high-frequency voltage (EMI).

Specifications include: impedance range 0.001-1999Ω; automatic auto-zero for test leads; EMI (noise on ground); bandwidth 9 kHz to 450 MHz; measurement range -40 dBV to 12 dBV; 10 mV to 4 V; voltage on ground AC (50 to 500 Hz) 0.001 to 270 VRMS; DC 0.001 to 400 V.
