The range of Extech model 7300 ground bond safety testers is available with injection capability ranging from 30 to 60 A.

The testers meet testing needs requiring high injection currents to prove the integrity of the earthing system and to provide an essential safety test for industrial equipment as well as for protective installations including lightning discharge circuits, earth mats for computer installations and generally for circuits where step voltages can occur because of ground currents.

The instruments have resistance ranges down to 150 milliohm full scale. The instruments have variable dwell times from 0.5 to 999 s and can be interfaced to PLCs for automatic testing purposes. An optional RS485 interface is also available.
