Dominion Electronics introduces The EasyView 500 PLC Touchscreen series. The EasyView touchscreen range is designed to interface seamlessly to any PLC and provide Human Machine Interface (HMI) to your next control application.

Backed by one of the fastest RISC processors in the touchscreen market the EasyView 500 series supports direct communications to the PLC with driver available for A-B, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Koyo, Modicon, GE Fanuc, IDEC, Telemecanique etc. The EasyView offers high performance features for the industrial environment.

Differentiating Features:

Rugged touch panel: The EasyView 500 is equipped with an industrial grade touch panel critical for long term reliable operation.
High quality colour display: The High contrast and high brightness LCD display offers 256 colours with superior clarity and wide viewing angles. Both STN and TFT are available.
Modbus TCP/IP Support: The EasyView 500 series also supports Modbus TCP/IP data communications.
Master - Slave TCP/IP Support: The EasyView 500 series also supports a Master to multiple slave configuration.
Auxiliary Port: The AUX Port can be used as a secondary device driver to communicate to devices such as temperature controller or distributed I/O.
Power Simulator: Offline and Direct Online PC simulation is available.
Macro: A Macro function is available that enables the user to execute program functions.
Multi-language Support: Each project can select from multiple fonts and the user can develop an application in four different languages.
Tag: A Tag feature is included to define the device address where the HMI reads or writes data for the object. A Tag library is also included to provide easy reference to Tag names and device addresses.
Screen Icons: Graphic icons are available for functions such as Bit Lamp, Multi-State Switch, and Data Transfer etc.
