TE Connectivity polyester labels

Wednesday, 28 March, 2012 | Supplied by: Soanar Limited

TE Connectivity has developed bubble-free polyester labels that support clear identification and readability of instructional labels.

The industrial high-tack, permanent adhesive labels have microchannels to allow entrapped gas from the substrate to escape. The thermal transfer printable labels lie flat on a variety of high- and low-surface energy plastics and contoured surfaces, even when subjected to 70°C for 24 h.

They are also resistant to a variety of solvents while maintaining print quality, which makes them suitable for an array of outdoor power equipment such as lawn power tools.

Key features: embossed pattern in the adhesive resists bubbling and lifting due to application surface outgassing; labels will lie flat on a variety of high- and low-surface energy plastics, textured and contoured surfaces; thermal transfer printable; permanent acrylic adhesive; good thermal stability; moisture resistant; good chemical resistance; available in white or silver fora metallic look.
