EM Test N series EMC immunity test simulator range

The compact ‘N’ series multifunctional EMC immunity test simulators from EM Test, covers a wide range of 32 common EMC immunity test standards.

It offers application capabilities including EFT (burst) output from 5.5 to 7 kV, surge output range of 5 to 7 kV and an optional T surge module. Other multifunctional tests include power fail and magnetic field.

Operator features include front panel manual operations including ‘quick start’ for standard tests and procedures. A built-in CDN (coupler) rated at 300 V and 16 A is suitable for most test applications (three phase external couplers to 100 A optional).

Other features include monitor outputs of peak voltage and peak current with two DUT fail inputs and a separate safety lamp output to warn others of a ‘test in operation’.

The control software is compatible for Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7, with a standards library along with the flexibility to generate user-specific test sequences being the main features of the software.

The software is automatically configured according to the connected EM test simulator and includes reporting capabilities to help the user create test reports that meet international requirements.
