Freescale Semiconductor Airfast LDMOS power transistors

Richardson has released five laterally diffused metal oxide semiconductor (LDMOS) power transistors from Freescale Semiconductor, part of the Airfast RF power portfolio.

The RF power transistors provide enhanced levels of performance designed to boost the efficiency, peak power and signal bandwidth of next-generation base stations. With these additions, the Airfast RF power product line now includes at least one solution for each cellular band, supporting small and large (macro) cell base station applications.
