Mornsun QAW Series IGBT-dedicated DC-DC converter
Mornsun’s QAW Series is designed for IGBT driver applications as dedicated regulated DC-DC converters with 4.8 W of power, 3000 VDC isolation, output overvoltage protection and short-circuit protection. The series meets EMI CISPR22/ EN55022 Class A (External Circuit) and ESD requirement for IEC/EN61000-4-2 Contact ± 4KV and comes in an industry-standard package.
The series has an operating temperature between -40 and 85°C and efficiency up to 85%, and is designed to be widely used in applications such as inverters, AC servo driver systems, UPS applications, electric welders, etc.
