Mornsun’s LS03 series is said to be the thinnest and lightest isolated AC-DC converter module in the electronics industry. The series is approved to UL/EN60950 certification and, if required without this, the package size can be further reduced by about 30%.
The specially designed package is very low cost, making it impractical for the user to design their own circuit, even in large production quantities. Features of the series include an 85-264 VAC universal input voltage range, 3000 VAC input to output isolation voltage, short circuit and overtemperature protection. The series has been upgraded to the R2 generation for higher performance.
