Mornsun CF0505XT-1WR2 DC-DC converter module for automotive applications

Mornsun has launched a DC-DC converter module, the CF0505XT-1WR2, specifically designed to be used in automotive applications. With a wide operating temperature of -50 to 12°C, the product also meets the AEC-Q1000/AEC-Q200 standard.

Featuring an SMD-mounted compact device (12.7 x 7.5 x 6 mm) and an I/O isolation voltage of 3000 VDC, plus short-circuit protection, the device is a suitable power converter for use in applications for BMS, electric machine control and monitoring systems. In automotive BMS systems, the product is used to provide isolated 5 V power to communication ICs to insulate and avoid interference signals being generated from the engine management (EMS) and associated sytems.
