The RECOM R1SE Series, with 1 W of power, 1000 VDC isolation and 5 V input/output, is the first release in the economical ‘E-class’ of DC/DC converters. It is an economic alternative to discrete in-house designs.
The product is designed for an operating temperature of up to 85°C without de-rating - sufficient for most applications mainly used to provide isolation for the interfaces of bus systems. Modifications in the converter design have driven down the material costs with no compromises to the quality.
