TechRentals has introduced the Fujikura FSM 60 fibre-optic splicer and CT30 fibre cleaver into its rental fleet.
The FSM-60S splicer incorporates a user-friendly interface that provides a rugged and reliable device.
It splices fibre in 9 s and heats a 60 mm splice sleeve in 30 s, for a total cycle time of 39 s. It is also equipped with automatic tube heater operation and automated monitor image orientation.
The splicer and the CT30 cleaver can precisely align and cleave fibre.
