The ready-made high-speed transmission cables QSFP+ and SFP+ can achieve data transmission rates of up to 40 Gbps. These pre-assembled cables are a combination of high-grade Harting connectors and high-performance cables, and meet specific product standards.

Various AWG cables are incorporated in the QSFP+ and SFP+ standard cables. The portfolio ranges from AWG 24 to 30. In addition to this, tailored user solutions - eg, with different cable, paddle card and pull tab options - can be produced on discussion with individual users, and this also applies to fitting circuit boards with data storage units.

Due to their high-grade materials, the cables are suitable for a wide range of applications, especially for scenarios requiring high data transmission rates. Circuit boards are encapsulated, giving a high level of protection against interference. Furthermore, the QSFP+ connector is claimed to be one of the shortest solutions on the market, enabling customers to fit a multitude of ready-made cables within a restricted space.
