MultiTech's MultiConnect Conduit programmable gateway makes it quick and easy for OEMs and industrial companies to deploy and expand IoT networks. The product offers an open-development environment and an extensive portfolio of certified cellular technologies for 2G, 3G, 4G-LTE and CDMA.

The gateway provides users with the tools they need to develop, deploy and manage an IoT network, including an application store for rapid deployment and scalability of applications, two accessory card slots to provide interfaces for any wired or wireless assets and a device management platform for real-time maintenance and system alerts. The gateway is fully certified and carrier approved globally.

Users have a broad choice of backhaul options to connect to the internet, depending on the needs of the application. Two card slots in the gateway accept MultiConnect mCard modules, which offer a variety of connectivity options — including traditional wired technologies such as ethernet and serial cable, as well as wireless options such as Semtech's LoRa long-range, low-power technology.

The product offers robust performance even in noisy RF environments, deep penetration into buildings and industrial structures, and an extended battery life. It is suitable for applications such as industrial equipment, IoT devices and asset tracking.
