This factory re-layout was also to make way for commissioning another automated SMT line, giving the company a total of three main automated production SMT lines and one prototyping SMT line. The extra SMT line has increased manufacturing capacity by another 30%.

The factory improvements are providing quick turnaround times, low SMT set-up costs, more reliable on-time delivery, more manufacturing capacity and good PCB assembly prices.
