Fluke Ti9 thermal imager

Friday, 15 April, 2011 | Supplied by: Fluke Australia Pty Ltd

Fluke has introduced a rugged entry-level thermal imager.

It has a widescreen-format colour LCD and is easy to use - users point the instrument and pull the trigger to capture the full image.

The Ti9 has a 19,200 pixel detector and incorporates a thermal imager lens with adjustable focus. There is a 23 x 17°C viewing angle and a minimum focus distance of 15 cm. Small details are visible in a perfectly focused image.

The IP54-rated imager resists dust and water, and withstands a drop test of 2 m.

SmartView software is included as well as a 2 GB SD memory card, a rugged hard carry case, a soft transport bag, an adjustable hand strap, rechargeable internal battery, AC power supply/battery charger (including mains adapters) and training DVD.

The instrument can be upgraded with the company’s IR-Fusion to convert it to a full-featured Ti10 thermal imager with advanced analysis and reporting.

Fluke’s other thermal imagers include the Fluke Ti10, Ti25 and Ti32.
