Stockit is a management and planning software tool designed to automate the task of inventory control and production kitting. It is a fully integrated stock control and parts listing program, able to automatically determine part shortages and generate the necessary quotation requests and purchase orders.

The program is fully Windows compliant and visually familiar with Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel. The database can be saved locally or remotely. The availability of a floating licence provides great flexibility, while the embedded access management tools define access levels at the user or departmental level.

The product allocates three user-defined part numbers for every part and any number of alternative suppliers to be specified. Using a ‘Pick from Stock’ table that accesses the entire database, fast parts lists can be generated using sorting and searching functions. The software can output data in CSV and RTF format supported by Excel and a number of accountancy packages.
