Toshiba TC75S102F CMOS operational amplifier
Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage has released the TC75S102F, a CMOS operational amplifier featuring ultralow-current consumption.
Operational amplifiers boost weak signals from sensors and, to support longer use between charges of battery-operated equipment, including IoT edge devices and mobile devices, they must also deliver low current consumption. Toshiba has used its CMOS process technology to optimise the circuitry of its operational amplifier and lowered its power consumption by securing low current consumption.
With a minimum supply voltage of 1.5 V, the device is a full-range input/output (rail-to-rail input/output) operational amplifier that offers higher performance than its predecessor. Applications include sensors in battery-operated devices as well as IoT modules.
