Sharp’s 32″ LCD touch-screen monitor, the PN-K322B, features an ultra high definition touch screen which delivers 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) - four times the detail of full HD.

Combining IGZO technology with edge-lit LED backlighting, the panel sports a slender profile of only 36 mm at its thickest point. The sleek and lightweight monitor is capable of recognising 10 touch points at once, allowing users to enjoy flexibility when interacting with graphical content like photographs.

The monitor’s high-precision touch screen comes with a touch pen which features a 2 mm tip, enabling users to easily underline text, add notations, draw illustrations and make amendments to on-screen content. To prevent unwanted contact when the user’s palm is resting on the touch screen, a palm cancellation function can be selected to prioritise pen input.

The product can be set up in a vertical (90°) or low-angle (24°) position with the use of a dedicated stand that allows the monitor to slide easily between the two angles. The vertical set-up enables easy viewing of the monitor, whereas the low-angle set-up is suitable for touch-screen operation and on-screen writing.

The Ultra HD screen and multiple touch-screen functions were developed to ensure the screen can be used across various professions, from post-production editing to museums and galleries. As Sharp’s IGZO technology supports increased pixel transparency and reduced current leakage, the monitor operates with a low power consumption of 93 W.
