The RF1604 single-pole four-throw switch is designed for switching applications requiring low insertion loss and high power handling with minimal DC power consumption.
The linearity performance makes it suitable for use in multimode GSM/EDGE/WCDMA and LTE applications. Very high isolation between the RF ports provides greater RF separation between the transmit and receive paths.
The device also includes integrated decoding logic allowing operation from two low-voltage control lines.
Features include: low frequency to >2.7 GHz covering all standard mobile frequency bands; low insertion loss of 0.4 dB at 1 GHz; very high isolation of 40 dB at 1 GHz; high linearity of IIP2 >120 dBm.
