The PQ1 single-phase power quality sensor/relay from Power Standards Lab is a phase-to-neutral or phase-to-phase monitor suitable for a large range of industrial control applications.

Three relays can be employed for monitoring a three-phase circuit.

The PQ1 detects sags, swells, interruptions and impulses of 500 ns and can be used on 50, 60 and 400 Hz sources.

Through the use of an external transformer, the device can monitor voltages to 600.

The relay has three relay outputs which can flag impulses/swells, minor sags and major sags.

There are 16 pre-programmed industry-standard depth/duration response curves covering voltage sags, swells, high-frequency impulses and power interruptions.
