ICP Electronics Australia has released the DIN-310, a fan-less Transmeta Crusoe PC-based controller, designed to mount on a DIN rail or be use in wall-mount applications.

The device offers a complete solution in a compact system. The controller features external connectors for RS232/422/485, 10/100 Mbps ethernet, VGA, printer, audio, keyboard, mouse and two USB ports.

An optional two slot PCMCIA PC/104 module makes it suitable for wireless LAN applications. The standard controller includes a WAFER-6820 embedded computer board with a low power 400 MHz or optional 600 MHz Crusoe processor and 128 MB SODIMM.

The unit is equipped with a removable 2.5" hard disk drive bay.

The controller has been fully tested to ensure it meets industrial application requirements and is supplied complete with a 20 W, 90-265 VAC or 18-32 VDC input power supply.
