Interworld Electronics has released the NAVPIXEL NPS1935 series of marine panel PCs. The NPS1935 is an Intel Celeron M or Core 2 Duo-based panel PC designed specifically to meet the standards and requirements for marine computing hardware.

A special aluminium alloy casing allows it to resist corrosion from most acids and alkaline working environments. A 19 marine LCD featuring high-intensity LED backlights, 1000 cd/m2 sunlight readable brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 1280x1024 pixel resolution allows the series to be easily viewed in high ambient light.

The integrated computer is based on the Intel 945GM chipset and is supplied with a Celeron M 1.86 GHz processor with 1 GB of DDR2II memory or a Core 2 Duo 2.16 GHz processor with 2 GB of DDR2II memory.

Both models provide mounting for a 2.5 SATA hard drive and feature rear-mounted I/O including: secondary VGA and DVI out, 2x LAN, 4x USB, 2x com, audio (line-in, line-out, mic-in) and PS/2 keyboard and mouse. A 5-wire analog resistive touch screen provides alternative user input.
