Keil has extended its support for ARM7 processor-based devices from NXP Semiconductor (formerly Philips Semiconductors) with the MCB2460 evaluation board.
Featuring the LPC2468 microcontroller, the MCB2460 includes 128 MB external RAM and 32 MB external flash in addition to the on-chip memory of the LPC2468. It has a 3.2" colour QVGA LCD with touch screen plus a wide range of interfaces, including USB (host and OTG), CAN, ethernet, SD/MMC cards and UARTs.
Features include: LPC2468 ARM7TDMI processor-based MCU; on-chip memory — 512 KB flash and 95 KB RAM; external memory — 128 MB NAND flash, 4 MB NOR flash and 32 MB SDRAM; 10/100 ethernet port; USB 2.0 full-speed interface supporting USB, USB-OTG, USB host and UART via USB; serial port and CAN interface; SD/MMC card interface; dual potentiometers for analog voltage input; amplifier and speaker; and JTAG interface.
The device includes an evaluation version of the RealView microcontroller development kit featuring ready-to-run example projects. Additional library projects are also available.
