Crystek CVCO55FLM voltage controlled oscillator

Friday, 14 January, 2011 | Supplied by: Wireless Components

Crystek’s CVCO55FLM voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) contain an extra modulation port (TX modulation), making the family suitable for transmitter applications. The modulation port has a negative slope and a typical modulation sensitivity of -20 KHz/V.

The device operates from 172 to 210 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2 to 4.8. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -119 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has good linearity. Output power is typically 0 dBm.

Input voltage is 3, with a maximum current consumption of 9 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 1.0 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
