Avalue SPC series industrial-grade panel PCs

Avalue Technology’s 15″ and 21.5″ SPC-series (SPC-1533-B1/SPC-2133-B1) rugged, industrial-grade panel PCs offer uninterrupted and efficient operation even in rigorous operating environments. The series meets the stringent requirements of the industrial automation market as it targets IIoT applications in public utilities, maritime, transportation and industrial automation.

Featuring the ultralow-voltage Intel Celeron processor J3455 and supporting dual-channel DDR3L SO-DIMM slots, the series is thin and lightweight despite its sturdy and durable structure. Its SUS304 stainless steel exterior is impact-resistant, long-term wear-resistant and acid-alkali resistant, and does not get damaged even in harsh environmental conditions or when chemical cleaning agents are used. Protected against oxidation and bacteria growth, and easy to clean, it is suitable for use in the meat processing industry and chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The series also has a waterproof rating of IP66 and IP69K and remains undamaged even when washed with pressurised hot water jets.

Avalue provides customisation and a wide array of flexible solutions to enable painless integration into users’ existing systems. The series comes with five sets of waterproof and shockproof M12 connectors to provide data backup security and easy connection. Users may also choose to customise I/O ports according to specific requirements. The 304 stainless steel exterior may be replaced with 316 medical-grade stainless steel, which outperforms in strength and corrosion resistance. In terms of installation, both VESA mount and YOKE mount are available.

The PCAP touch panel is available in three touch options — normal finger operation, glove use and wet condition — which can be adjusted according to user requirements. Besides high brightness for sunlight readability, a wide variety of surface treatments are available for different environments.
