The APC-3228 21.5″ Intel GM45 Socket P Core 2 Duo/Celeron M industrial panel PC from Aplex features a 21.5″ TFT-LCD with a brightness of 250 cd/m² and a maximum full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution.

The LCD panel or the optional analog sealed resistive touch screen (APC-3228T) is enclosed in a black metal IP65-compliant front panel offering dust and splash resistance.

The rest of the housing has a rating of IP30 and is also constructed of black metal. Supported operating systems include Windows XP, XP Pro, XP Embedded and 7.

The external I/O ports include 4x USB ports, 3x DB-9 RS232 (COM 1~3), 1x PS/2 keyboard/mouse, 1x audio mic-in/line-in/line-out, 1x ATX power on/off switch, 2x RJ45 ports, 1x VGA port, 1x DVI-D port and 1x HDMI port.

The PC has storage in the form of 1x 2.5″ SATA HDD plus 1x SATA combo device with the option of attaching 1x external CF slot. Expansion is achieved via 1x PCI 2.3 and 1x mini-PCIe slot, both of which are external.
