Photonics Forum
The Australian Photonics Cooperative Research Centre (CRC), in association with the Australian Electrical & Electronic Manufacturers' Association (AEEMA), is holding two forums on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th November, at the National Convention Centre in Canberra.
The first forum will be on Photonics Education in Australia and the second on Industry Development Issues. These events are being held in conjunction with the annual dinner of the CRC on the Wednesday evening.
The two forums will provide an important opportunity for industry professionals, researchers, educators and communicators to interact and participate in helping shape the future of the Australian Photonics Industry.
The education forum will report on and discuss the increasing activity in photonics research, course development and delivery, and the development of skills relevant to industry.
The industry forum will report on the challenges for maintaining growth in the Australian photonics industry in an environment of explosive growth in the global industry.
