Nichia sues Arrow over LED patent

Nichia Corporation has filed a lawsuit against Arrow Electronics for allegedly infringing Nichia’s patent for LED products.

The company is claiming damages or an account of profits for the infringement with regards to LED products (numbers below) manufactured by Taiwanese LED assembly manufacturer Everlight Electronics, and imported and sold by Arrow in Australia.
