Sintrones VBOX-3200 rugged in-vehicle computer

The VBOX-3200, a rugged in-vehicle computer by Sintrones, can operate within a wide temperature range of -30 to +60°C and meets the MIL-STD-810F standard. To facilitate mobile communication and navigation, the computer has integrated 3.5G, WLAN, GPS, GSM/GPRS and Bluetooth.

For diverse in-vehicle applications, it is supplied with 3 x COM ports, 8 x USB 2.0 ports, 4 x digital input/output, 2 x audio line-out and 2 x GbE LAN ports. For in-vehicle infotainment and digital signage applications, it supports a multitude of display interface connections such as Dual DVI-D or VGA and DVI-D and has expansion capability via Mini-PCIe sockets and 1 x SIM socket.

The computer features vehicle power ignition, enabling it to adapt to various power-supply conditions. For increased flexibility, it has a power input of 9-32 V and supports one CAN bus. Other features include automatic-recovery short-circuit protection, power-off delay time setting by software and optional internal smart battery backup for uninterrupted power support.

It features AMD G-series (eOntario) Dual Core APU.
